Hi,
Could you please attach a screen recording or video of this issue? It doesn't
sound familiar, so it's probably something specific to your system. Please also
attach the output of help/system information for bug reports.
Could you also check whether selecting a different canvas rendering option
(settings/configure krita/display) makes a difference?
