This was a feature request to automatically add the WebDAV folder to the list of network folders. I'm not currently using KDE Neon, but the Cryptomator site says that they still use WebDAV, so the instructions in the original report should still be valid for to check if you can reproduce it. You can download the .deb package from https://cryptomator.org/downloads/#linuxDownload .
