The “On all desktops” setting on the Window tab in settings dialog does not
seem to work correctly any more (tested KDE Plasma 5.8.7/openSUSE Leap 42.3 and
whatever Plasma version it is in openSUSE Leap 15.0).
After changing the setting it works for a short period of time, but after a
while the situation changes; the only way to get it to work again is to unset
the setting, click Apply, set the setting, and click Apply again.
This might be some kind of interaction between changes in recent KDE Plasma
versions and Yakuake, not just in Yakuake.
