The PDF with filled form
When filling forms embedded in a PDF documents, the Czech (and most probably
accented characters in general) are not rendered correctly - the accented
characters such as "ř,ů,ď,ť, ..." are missing.
I have attached the PDF with form filled with a Czech pangram "Příliš žluťoučký
kůň úpěl ďábelské ódy.".
