I think the frame around all icon's text is very annoying too. I really don't
like it and that was not the case in KDE 4.x ; Another problem for me is the
icons snaps to the old position while moving in 50% of the time I do that. Just
like it's fixed with a rubberband. Super annoying ! Will see if I find a
corresponding bug-article.
