When deleting proxy clips, there is no option to just delete the proxy clips
for one project.
If you have many different projects working concurrently, this is painful.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select project settings.
2. Click on project Files tab.
3. Notice that the Delete Proxies deletes ALL proxies, not only the ones
associated with the project,
Actual Results:
All proxies are deleted.
Expected Results:
Expected to have an option to just delete the proxies that are associated with
current project
