One way to fix it, is to be less zealous in the first Backspace rule, so using
"-Control" instead of "-AnyMod".
@Moritz, please test this:
- Open Edit current Profile -> Keyboard, make sure Default is selected and
click Edit
- Change:
Backspace-AnyModifier
to:
Backspace-Ctrl
