Same here on KDE Neon and other distros after the KDE applications upgrade to
18.04.

Good deal. We have been configuring akonadi to place the mysql-global.conf file
in the /etc/akonadi folder but 18.04.0 can't find it there so I just let
akonadi tell me where it wants it to be.
