I've installed KDE on Fedora 28 workstation, which installs gnome by default.
I've installed it with a localized language different than english. After
switching to english, most things in UI change accordingly, however Audio
Volume Settings still shows strings in the old language:
- Audio Volume > Devices tab
- Audio Volume > Advanced tab > both the device name and in Profile > shows
localized instead of "Off"
