https://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/win64/shared/ffmpeg-3.4.2-win64-shared.zip
The link in Windows section of the Download page
(https://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/win64/shared/ffmpeg-20171217-387ee1d-win64-shared.zip)
contains avcodec-58.dll and other files of newer version.
