KDE related config files ~/.config path
The ~/.config directory is used by Plasma and KDE application for storing
config files however these config files are all not organized in a directory(s)
and a result the ~/.config path has a lot of KDE related config files.
This is a proposal to create a directory structure in ~/.config to better
organize those files.
An alternative could be to store the config files (or values) in another way.
