Spectacle used to have a Save & Exit button. Now it's just Save (or Save as).
I always used the Save & Exit button, it's the one key I actually used making
working with Spectacle very fast and conveniant.
Now I have to click Save and then the cross in the upper right corner to exit
the program.

Version 18.0.4
On: https://www.kde.org/applications/graphics/spectacle/ I read about the
save&exit button. Will it be re-instated? Please do. Thank you.
