This does not happen for me with Dolphin 18.04. The "Show all devices" entry
should only appear if you right-click in a free place in the panel. Therefore,
those two options are not separated by an horizontal line because they appear
in different context menus. Can you confirm that this issue has therefore
disappeared? Thanks!
