Sometimes position/size of Konsole window is restoring if Restore previous
session is enabled in Desktop Session - but very often not. If Start with an
empty session is enabled - very often only size of Konsole window is preserved.
Sometimes when tiling to 50% of screen - Konsole window is restored only in 25%
of screen. Also sometimes geometry state for previous logout (not recent one)
of Konsole window is restored
