clementine uses gstreamer directly, amarok uses phonon (which can use a
gstreamer backend). Indeed, the common piece is gstreamer, which isn't a kde
product, so isn't appropriate to track here (at bugs.kde.org).
Likely the most appropriate places is reporting the issue to your distribution
(or gstreamer upstream if you have evidence the problem lies there)
