When you have a group with several layers,and in one of those layers onion
skins are active and showing,when you try to move the group to place contents
of the current frame somewhere else,the onion skin moves too.
This should not happen since the frames before and after the current frame are
not actually moving.
you will actually see 2 versions of the onion skin
the onion skin that follows and the one that stays in place as it should.
the first part should not happen.
The onion skins that stay in place is fine.
