How to generate the bug:
1. Create a new panel (empty, or whatever)
2. Select "auto hide" as an option
3. The panel hides after losing focus, and can never be displayed again
I have disabled touch screen gestures and screen edges options, but nothing
helps. I have also deleted the files `plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc`
and `plasmashellrc`, but nothing changes.
The only way I can use auto-hide panels is with a Latte-Dock panel.
