I would expect the icon being showed in the preview would be the icon of the template as well. But there is no icon. The icon is stored on disc, but doesn't show up in the user interface. The second situation has the same workflow, except I than use 'Custom' instead of 'Preview' in the dialog and browser for an image. But none of the image types or sizes gets loaded and the UI only says 'Could not load picture'. Even if I load the image created in the first situation above.
