When I put the splash-theme into
/home/username/.local/share/plasma/look-and-feel/theme-name/contents/splash/
it can be seen in systemsettings>look-and-feel>splash-screen.
But if you select it, the breeze theme appears instead of the selected theme,
like as somewhere breeze replace the ksplash theme.
