I made a few tests, and in fact it seems like the produced videos have a
correct fps, but report it incorrectly. Did you encounter any issues besides
the wrong fps ? Any problem playing the videos or using it in other apps ?
In any case this is an MLT issue and I am reporting it right now with a patch
proposal...
