canvas only offset demo
Going to Canvas Only mode (Tab hotkey by default) causes canvas to offset
top-left. Same when exiting to regular windowed mode, the canvas shifts
right-down
Suggestion: calculate canvas position relative to mouse cursor and shift the
canvas accordingly to preserve uninterrupted workflow.
