Boudewijn Rempt <b...@valdyas.org> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Resolution|--- |INVALID CC| |b...@valdyas.org Status|UNCONFIRMED |RESOLVED --- Comment #1 from Boudewijn Rempt <b...@valdyas.org> --- Hi Sonja, I'm sorry, but while we appreciate that you've made the effort to create an account and register a bug report, there is little we can do with it. In the first place, this is very unlikely to be a bug in krita, and almost certainly either a misconfiguration of your system or a user error. In the second place, there's no place where we advice anyone to reinstall Krita; in fact, reinstalling Krita won't do a thing. You might want to try resetting Krita's configuration instead. What webpage are you talking about? Finally, since this is an idiosyncratic situation specific to your system and not something that is happening to other people we cannot even begin to guess what's wrong: the only thing we can be sure about is that it isn't something we can fix in Krita itself. Things you can try are: * Reset Krita's configuration (https://docs.krita.org/KritaFAQ#Resetting_Krita_configuration) * Reset Krita to use Angle instead of OpenGL (though Krita 3.3.3 selects that automatically -- see https://docs.krita.org/KritaFAQ#Krita_starts_with_an_empty_canvas_and_nothing_changes_when_you_try_to_draw_or_Krita_shows_a_black_or_blank_screen_or_Krita_crashes_when_creating_a_document_or_Krita.27s_menubar_is_hidden_on_a_Windows_system_with_an_Intel_GPU) If that doesn't work, you might want to consider updating to a modern version of Windows. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
