According to the debug output your screen has only a refresh rate of 60 Hz.
Increasing the refresh rate should have no effect. Something is slowing down
your system.
Does the problem persist if you use default config options? I noticed that
quite a few compositor, decoration and effect settings are changed. Please
reboot after resetting to default.
