When using <kbd>ctrl</kbd> + <kbd>+</kbd> (ctrl + wheel as well) to zoom-in the
vertical scroll position is not maintained.
When the cursoe is in the IRC view The line under the cursor should remain
under the cursor. For now konversation tends to scroll back.
When the cursor is not in the IRC view centered line should remain at the
center
