open dolphin in a location containing at least two folders/files
try rename one of the folders/files using the same name of another folder/file
dolphin shows "already exists as folder/file already exists" dialog
click "suggest new name" and "rename" buttons
dolphin shows the notification "Moving: finished", that does no sense
move and rename are different things
