Actually I never liked the scroll through things in the task manager. I activated it and tried with my touchpad and... yeah is really fast. I have to move my finger really little to move by one item. If I try more than that I move around wildly. Actually doing a quite nice scroll down is almost fun :) Also I am not sure if it is a wide problem. It doesn't happen in everything. For example in the System Settings, adding widgets, notification list, changing the volume...
