When you right-click on an app listed in Kicker or Kickoff and choose "Pin to
Task Manager", Kicker or Kickoff will close. This is annoying if you're trying
to pin multiple apps in a row, and seems unnecessary, since closing the menu
manually is a trivially simple matter.
