I'm not very convinced. If I launch dolphin from kickoff, I don't expect it to
be in the bottom left.
Widget Exp, can be opened from:
- toolbox
- context menu
- keyboard shortcut
- panel toolbox
Right now it's in sync with the follow alt+tab, and meta+tab dialogs.
We'd lose that to be in sync a button that doesn't really have anything to do
with the widget explorer other than it exists.
