            Bug ID: 390526
Summary: Add option to "Open groups using 'Present Windows
                    Effect'" in Task Manager
           Product: plasmashell
           Version: master
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Task Manager
          Assignee: h...@kde.org
          Reporter: omarplum...@imergetechnologies.com
                CC: plasma-b...@kde.org
  Target Milestone: 1.0

Presently, the grouped thumbnails view can be difficult to see and therefore,
less than useful, especially in cases where the name of the windows in the
group are similarly named and/or contain similar content. A good example of
this in my experience is having multiple Kate sessions open, where the session
names are particularly long and only differ at the ends.

I think it could be useful for some users to have the option of toggling
'Present Windows' on and off by clicking on the group entry in Task Manager.

Present Windows would of course only display thumbnails for the selected
application/group in this case.
