During work often the canvas "locks up" and doesnt show the correct layer if i
go to another layer with isolate canvas active.
I need to then go to the next frame or previous frame to "unlock/refresh" it.
from then on it doesnt trigger,untill i start drawing again

You can see in this video. The ONLY shortcuts I use are
"layer up/down"
"Isolata layer toggle"
"previous/next frame"
i can trigger this bug without much issue.
