Moving a user's files automatically would provoke reactions ranging from
confusion to panic and outrage, and then finally to outright pandemonium.
The All Documents and All Pictures search items in the Places panel can already
provide this grouping without actually moving anything around, and the lists in
there can be sorted by whatever criteria you want.
