Settings -> Configure -> Collections -> Add Collection
"Choose the folder containing your collection" dialog
Doesn't appear to be native KDE dialog, like the one from Import -> Remote
Storage -> Load/save list buttons
The available options are not the same, and the amount of places listed on the
sidebar is considerably less.
