--- Comment #2 from Pali Rohár <pali.ro...@gmail.com> ---
Why it does now work? RFC 5322 says:

The "From:" field specifies the author(s) of the message, that is, the
mailbox(es) of the person(s) or system(s) responsible for the writing of the
message.

So using value "XNAMEX YYY via KDE Bugzilla <bugzilla_nore...@kde.org>" for
>From header is incorrect and in some conditions can be interpreted as violating
RFC document which is standard for email messages.

For specifing via KDE Bugzilla, there is Sender field, RFC 5322 says:

The "Sender:" field specifies the mailbox of the agent responsible for the
actual transmission of the message. For example, if a secretary were to send a
message for another person, the mailbox of the secretary would appear in the
"Sender:" field and the mailbox of the actual author would appear in the
"From:" field.

KDE Bugzilla acts there as "secretary". If KDE Bugzilla provides email support
it should send emails according to email standards...
