[krita] [Bug 388738] Choosing the file type, the filename gets the trailing field delimited by a dot (".") removed by Krita, if: a) it has multiple dots in it and b) it doesn't have an extension specified (Krita 3.3.2 appimage)

KoFileDialog: check whether the suffix reflects a mimetype

If the suffix doesn't map to a mimetype, it probably isn't a mimetype,
so we should add the suffix for the currently selected filter.
