Unlike the standard print options in digikam the print assistant does not have
any scaling option. This should be added so for example a 4x4 inch image cold
be printed at its original size as a single image on 6x4 inch photo paper.
Currently using the print assistant the only option is a full page with
cropping so a significant portion of the image is not available for printing.
