Navigate to any app and click on the Install button 3. When the password authentication dialog appears, click Cancel Expected results: Nothing in the UI suggests that the app is being installed Actual results: The Sidebar gains a "Tasks" item, and if you click it, you can see the app listed there that you canceled out of installing.
