Ok, directly run command in CMD indeed works. But I don't want to use MikTex, though I don't know if it really work. Anyway, this is not a proper way to solve the problem. Any working latex editor should support texlive. I just want to know how long it takes to fix this bug? The reason that I want to try kile is because it support live view.
