Hi Mesi,
Try resetting Krita's configuration
(https://docs.krita.org/KritaFAQ#Resetting_Krita_configuration) or investigate
the display scaling settings of windows, or its accessibility settings.
But this is a bug tracker, not a user support forum, and bugs are about
problems in Krita's code, and this is a configuration problem on your system,
and I cannot look in your system and see what's up.
