Wallpaper example.

Looking for this bug I found this:

My problem is the same. If I am going to change the background color to an
wallpaper then the icons and text are really hard to read, that is if the
wallpaper isn't very dark.

Maybe some shadows for the text and icons will solve the problem. For example I
have conky set up with "draw-shades" which acts like "text-shadow" in CSS. The
text is white but it looks good with any wallpaper.
