Screenshot of error dialog

I have a flash drive formatted in "superfloppy" mode. That is, it has no
partition table and the filesystem takes up the entire space. When I plug it in
and hit "Open in file manager" in the Device Notifier, I get the dialog shown
in the attached screenshot, and Dolphin does not open. This only occurs once
per session; logging out and logging back in seems to be the only way to
reproduce the problem, at least with this particular flash drive.
