0. Get ahold of a video file or dvd, for example
http://www.sample-videos.com/video/mp4/720/big_buck_bunny_720p_1mb.mp4
1. Launch Kaffeine from konsole
2. Click 1 Play File
3. Select the downloaded file
4. Observe the following crash dump from konsole
