Windows 10 Photo app doesn't show any tags. Windows Live Photo Gallery for
Windows 7 does show face tags at least. In any case, you probably need to
select Configure -> Metadata -> Advanced -> Tags & Write Options ->
Xmp.MicrosoftPhoto.LastKeywordXMP.
I confirmed that these tags are written correctly by digiKam.
