Maybe some applications change window class after the window is created?
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Spotify.
- Add window rule with substring "potify".
- Set some change to see if the rule is affecting.
(in my case, minimum size of 770x70)
- Restart Spotify. It no longer affects.
