KDE Neon userlts currently includes Discover 5.8.8, so a generation update might be the way to fix it. It's happened with every update to KDE partition manager I received. I've last seen this bug a month ago, but I can't confirm it's gone until KDE partition manager gets updated again. I'll update the bug when the next update to KDE partition manager happens.
