This is a very annoying issue. When I'm viewing a C source file and my mouse
is hovering in the far right area of the document view, tooltips pop up for
code that is at the far left. This means that if I want to code, I have to
make sure that the mouse is all of the way outside of the document view area or
I'll get (seemingly) random pop-ups obscuring the code that I'm trying to read
and edit.
This has been confirmed by a few people in #kdevelop on freednode. The pop-ups
can be for contents of a header file or actual problems.
