If I have at least two monitors configured to be next to each other. Snapping a
window on each monitor does not work if snapped to the side where the other
monitor is.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Monitor 1 is left
2. Monitor 2 is right
3. Dragg a window on monitor 1 to the right side of monitor 1
Actual Results:
Window is moved and not snapped
Expected Results:
Window snapps to the right half of monitor 1
