The backtrace shows it is crashing somewhere in Baloo, i.e. the file indexing
component. I'm not sure what this has to do with the URL you mentioned (but
maybe I'm not understanding you correctly).
I would expect that starting Gwenview normally without any other apps open
would crash too. If this is the case, try disabling Baloo and removing its
index. You might also want to think about upgrading to openSUSE Leap 42.3,
maybe the Baloo version in there is in better shape…
