I'm afraid this isn't an actionable bug. Please use a support forum such as
https://forum.kde.org for assistance using plasma-nm to configure two machines
that are hooked up with an ethernet cable. If there are issues with plasma-nm
itself, please file specific, targeted, actionable bugs for each issue. Thanks!
