Configure tracks works very strangely.
Move track up and down always seem disabled (as per Bug #358434), but in
addition add track is always disabled, and selecting multiple tracks and
hitting delete doesn't delete multiple tracks. It deletes the last selected
track from the set and then hitting delete again doesn't delete the next track
that has last been selected. e.g. If I select two tracks, Video 2 and Video 3,
delete deletes Video 3 and leaves Video 2 selected. Pressing delete again does
nothing.
