When enabled it changes the output file in render dialog from
/home/managor/Videos/untitled.webm to /home/managor/Videos//untitled.webm. This
effect requires program restart to manifest after saving the settings.
Also enabling it doesn't do anything to the default folder, it still takes what
you have inputted into the textbox whether or not it's active and writable.
